This meditation supports you during times of transition or change—moments when you let go of the old and invite in the new. It begins by helping you focus your attention on the present moment and connect with your breath. Then, drawing on the natural elements and the energies of the land gently guides you through a process of releasing what no longer serves you and welcoming what you wish to embrace, all while nurturing both your physical and energetic well-being.
This meditation was written and recorded during the black new moon in Capricorn on December 30th, 2024, to close the Gregorian calendar year. Although it is more advanced, it is open to everyone. Even if you do not understand these practices, your physical and energetic bodies will greatly benefit. I suggest saving this meditation for times when you pass through thresholds or feel a great shift within your life. Please practice however feels best.
