Free Nervous System Reset Workshop Coming January 30th, 2023

Workshop announcement, how to join, and ways to support my work

I am pleased to announce that my Nervous System Reset Workshop will be launched on Monday, January 30th, through my YouTube Channel.

Starting Monday the 3oth, I will release a meditation daily through my YouTube page. You can follow along throughout the course of the week, or you can follow along at a pace that works best for you. The workshop will permanently remain on my YouTube page where you can locate it under the playlist labeled Nervous System Reset. This playlist will be added to throughout the week as I release each meditation. It will remain up indefinitely.

The Monday the workshop is released I will be sending out a free layout here through my Substack that offers daily journal prompts, suggestions for ways to integrate the meditations, and other helpful tips to help carry you throughout the week.
