New Workshop Announcement
This workshop will be similar to my popular Vagal Healing Workshop in layout but will now hold the addition of my knowledge in breathwork, ancestral healing, ancient alchemy, and many other healing modalities that I incorporate into my own life.
It will also contain journal prompts, writing exercises, and a healing frequency you can download with your purchase. It is meant to be followed through in any order that works best for you but is best worked through in order.
This offering will be announced in January, so please keep an eye out for the announcement here on my Substack, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
I will also be releasing a free meditation on my YouTube page to celebrate the release of the workshop.
