Weekly Collective Reading

Past: Four of Swords | Truce

Swords are the element of air. Air is our mind, thoughts, ideas, and intelligence. Air is also the wind in the trees, the breeze that gently blows, and the words within our whispers.

With the four of swords, healing can take place. Four is the number of completion, so the mind can now rest after a time of rumination and heavier thought patterns.

The astrological symbolism of this card is Jupiter in Libra. Jupiter is the planet of influence, nobility, wisdom, and fortune. Libra is charming, balanced, and orderly. These energies help to emphasize the harmony and healing aspects of this card.

The past was a time to relax and retreat. There were no winners, no losers, and no one to blame. The issues can be set to the side and everyone can share the table and break bread together. Peace and harmony within a moment.

Present: Three of Swords | Sorrow

The present is a trinity of pain, shown by the flower pierced by three swords. The present moment may present quarrels and upsets in relationships. A time when sorrow is being expressed. A time when we release the sorrow to move forward. Forward this week towards the 7 of discs our future offers.

The astrological influences of this card are that of Saturn in Libra. Saturn is the planet of judgment, responsibilities, restrictions, fate, and time. Libra, once again, brings us energies of balance, order, and open-mindedness. Saturn is therefore restricting the balance and order that Libra offers.

Future: 7 of Discs | Failure

Discs offer us the energies of the element earth. Therefore relating to our health, our finances, and all things of an earthly nature. Seven is a number of questioning, seeking, wonder, and awe.

The astrological influences of this card are that of Saturn in Taurus. It shows that hard work and efforts have not yet come to full fruition even though time (Saturn) and hard efforts (Taurus) are present. Continue on with your efforts and keep up the work in order for things to flourish once again. There may be a delay, and all things are not guaranteed, but the lessons come in the work. There is an offering of greatness within failure. Such a beautiful card can also hold great abundance.

Oracle
