There is something about the way the sun lays in the late summer. It’s rays a reminder of a shift. A shift that offers a promising gift from nature - that change will always flow.

There is great comfort in this change.

Change is a repeating new, change is an adjustment, and right when we adapt to a change, another arrives.

This is the vastness of this lifetime experience. Honoring the arrival of shifts.

Like the slow arrival of the longer shadow days, know that each change may be similar to the last, but not one change will be the same.

We too flow with the seasons, the sunlight, and the darkness.

Shifting with each breath cycle.

Reaching out of the stagnancy.

Weekly Collective Reading for the Week Ahead

Past: 9 of Wands | Strength

Wands represent the element of fire. Fire is the action we take, our will, creativity, and spirit.

Nine is a powerful number. There are nine months in pregnancy, nine ends the single digit or cardinal numbers, and nine shows us growth and forward movement.

The art on this card shows us nine arrows of victory. The astrological attribute is the Moon in Sagittarius. The Moon rules our emotions, so the energy present in the past is one of strength within our emotional realm. This strength highlights the virtue of the three of wands, threefold.

The position of this card shows us a time in the recent past when we found strength within a struggle. Where we used our willpower and stood our ground. Where we had the ability to carry on - especially within the emotional spectrum.

Present: Queen of Cups

Cups represent the element of water. Water is our emotions, feelings, psychic connections, spiritual beliefs, and connection to the aether.

In the tarot, all Queens represent the water element, so this Queen is emphasized within these watery attributes as she is the most watery person in the whole tarot deck.

This placement of the Queen connects us to the emotions of the recent past. She reminds us to trust our feelings, to pay attention to our dreams, and to explore our inner emotions and feelings.

Future: Queen of Wands

Another Queen, and another Wand. A great conclusion to this reading and a look into the future.

This Queen represents the watery emotional part of the element of fire. This combination shows a person of controlled emotions. She is firm yet emotionally strong. She reminds you to express your creativity and power. To go out and get things done and to allow yourself to take up space.

The future, therefore, seems like a celebration of the accumulation of emotions of the past and present. Allowing them to give us strength for the future that lies ahead.

This placement shows me that no matter what emotions have come up for us all within the recent days, there will be a strong sense of everything making sense - in time.
